Free Tier
The Free tier gives new users access to explore Corbis at no cost. It includes a one-time endowment of credits and limits designed for light usage and evaluation. Free-tier credits are granted once upon account creation and do not renew monthly.

Credits
Credits are the usage currency of Corbis. Every message you send consumes credits based on the model used and the reasoning level selected. More capable models and higher reasoning levels cost more credits per message.
- Credits are allocated monthly as part of your subscription tier.
- Free-tier credits are a one-time endowment. The 50 credits granted upon account creation do not renew. Once exhausted, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Corbis.
- Unused credits on paid plans do not roll over — your balance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
- When your credits are exhausted, you will be unable to send messages until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
- Credit costs vary by model. Budget models consume fewer credits per message, while advanced models (e.g., Claude Opus 4.6, GPT-5.2) consume more.
- Guided workflows use the separate Workflows / Month allowance shown above and do not consume chat credits.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Upon cancellation, you retain full access to your current tier until the end of your billing period.
- No pro-rated refunds are provided for early cancellation as a general policy.
- Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion (for example, if a significant service disruption occurred).
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier.
Billing
- Subscriptions are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles.
- All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Billing is managed via Stripe. You can update your payment method, view invoices, and manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your account settings.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
